We think like business owners because many of our partners and investors are business owners. In addition, without the bureaucracy imposed by institutional investors, we can react very quickly.

Maximizing value starts with negotiating the right deal and engineering the optimal balance sheet. In addition to our own equity capital, senior bank debt and sometimes mezzanine financing is required in a deal. We have built a successful track record over the years that the major senior and mezzanine lenders are keenly aware of. We have strong relationships with the major lenders and can usually obtain better terms than competitors because of our successful track record.
